Visitor Services Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Visitor Services volunteer team. We currently have vacancies as follows:

Friday and Saturday throughout the year.

Each afternoon from early April to late September annually.

Our visitor services team is the first port of call for all our visitors to Abbotsford. Their warm and friendly welcome sets the tone of everyone's visit. It is your job to ensure that everyone who comes to site knows where everything is and what to expect. No request is too big or small for you, you want all visitors to have the best possible experience. You know what is going on across the estate, you can give details of upcoming events and can recommend other visits in the local area. You will also be able to recommend gifts and provide sales assistance for our retail offer. As part of a small and friendly team, you will liaise with other staff and volunteers across the site.

We monitor and adhere to all government and public health advice and guidelines and expect all volunteers, visitors and staff to adhere to our protocols.
